Crafting Foam, Low Density Foam

Crafting Foam 45kg /m3 is our deep density foam.

It was specially developed and designed for cosplay, theater and the like. The foam is very light and flexible, but also resistant and strong.

The material is easy to process and can be cut, heat formed and sanded.

Ideal for beginners and professionals who want to make high quality products.

The foam can be easily cut with a band saw or sanded with a Dremel. This low-density foam can be shaped by heating with a hot air gun.

Features:

• both sides are smooth
• low allergy (used in medical and orthopedic technology)
• Thermally more malleable and resilient
• flame retardant
• bonds very well with thermoplastics e.g. Woblas Finest Art
• can be glued with almost any adhesive
• can be easily cut with scissors and cutter
