From Funko’s popular ‘POP!’ series comes this cool vinyl figure. She is about 9 cm tall and comes in a window box.

The Mandalorian, also Star Wars: The Mandalorian, is a U.S. space western series by writer and producer Jon Favreau, which is available since November 12, 2019 on the streaming portal Disney in selected countries in several languages, including with German dubbing and subtitles. In Germany, the series is available with the local launch of the streaming service Disney since March 24, 2020. The first episode was additionally broadcast two days earlier on ProSieben.

It is the first real series in the fictional Star Wars universe. The main role of the initially nameless Mandalorian is played by Pedro Pascal. In December 2019, Disney announced the launch of Season 2 for October 30, 2020. The start of the second season in Germany will coincide with the start of broadcasting at Disney in the USA.

The Mandalorian protagonist is a lone fighter who makes his living as a bounty hunter five years after the fall of the Empire. By tracking down and taking into custody fugitives, he has made a name for himself in the guild of bounty hunters. He is given the task of tracking down a fifty-year-old by an imperial client. The Mandalorian realizes that this fifty-year-old is a child and of far greater importance than first suspected. The child is of the same species as former Jedi Master Yoda. Against the rules of the bounty hunters’ guild, he decides to take the child back from the client and protect it instead, making himself a target of the other bounty hunters. The Mandalorian subsequently fights his way across the galaxy with contract jobs, always having to keep an eye on the child, which forces him to always be on his guard and trust no one.
