Worbla’s Black Art
The modeling wonder among the thermoplastics: Worbla’s Black Art (WBA)
Just like the world-famous Worbla’s Finest Art (WFA), it is a thermoplastic sheet plus modeling clay at the same time, which can be perfectly shaped and modeled using heat at about 80-90°C, over and over again.
Worbla’s Black Art (WBA), like everything in our Worbla’s Art series, is solvent-free to manufacture and apply. Of course, like our other materials, it is also free from any substances that may be harmful to health.
It has all the advantages of the WFA such as the possible recycling of all residues, the additional adhesive and the great modeling properties. However, it is also extremely fine, which is why you can create a beautiful surface very quickly and without much post-processing. Due to its black coloration, even a corresponding color primer can be dispensed with in most cases.
It is precisely this fine texture that gives the new WBA another strength, especially in 3D impressions: it expands nicely and evenly without becoming noticeably uneven.
Worbla’s Black Art combines very well with itself, accordingly, for example, ornaments, decorations and when assembling individual parts can be worked as with Worbla’s Finest Art.
Modeling tools can be used to create not only an amazingly smooth surface with the WBA. No, these tools are also great for bringing out subtleties after the fact.
You can paint Worbla’s Black Art with acrylic paints and all kinds of effect spray paints, among others. However, it may be advisable to apply a layer of waterproof glue or primer spray for plastics beforehand.
Worbla’s Black Art offers not only all the advantages you already know from our beyond all borders popular Worbla’s Finest Art , but even additional great features on top of that.
So whether it’s armor, weapons, figurines or masks, ornaments, decorations or trinkets, our Worbla’s Black Art is ideal for all of this and so much more. – almost limitless possibilities with the quality promise of Worbla’s Art series known for it!
