B Mail delivery
We ship all orders by B-Post Economy of the Swiss Post as standard.
The B-Post parcels are picked up by the post office on Tuesday and Thursday and forwarded for dispatch. B Mail is delivered, after collection by the post office, within three to five working days (Monday to Friday; no Saturday delivery)

A Mail delivery
If you order before 12h, you can also choose the A-Post Priority variant in the shopping cart.
However, a flat-rate surcharge of CHF 8 will then be levied there.

Ordered today until 12 noon, the same day to the post office

For products that we have in stock, the following applies: All A Mail orders received by approx. 12.00 noon (Tuesday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same day.

Delivery times

Bank transfer and prepayment
In case of bank transfer and prepayment, the shipping time may be extended by up to five business days.
A-mail shipping times apply only after posting in accounting.

Click & Collect (pick-up in Bern)

Items available for delivery and orders placed by 10 a.m. are ready for pickup on the same business day, Monday through Saturday. Please wait for the pickup confirmation via email or SMS.
Important note: If shipping is requested at a later date, an additional CHF 10.00 and the usual fees will be due for payment before shipping.

Partial deliveries

If nothing to the contrary is specified in an item backorder notice in the checkout, only complete deliveries will be made once all items are in stock. In the order overview a partial delivery can be requested. We immediately send everything that is in stock, and the rest when it arrives to us. We charge a delivery fee of CHF 10.00 for this additional shipping.

In arrears

If an item is on backorder, this will be displayed in the shopping cart before the order is submitted. If the order is nevertheless dispatched and no partial delivery has been marked, the customer is aware that delivery to the customer may be delayed by four to eight weeks.
